Because each bracelet is custom-engraved specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for a change of mind once engraving has been applied. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or doesn't match its description, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. If your item doesn't fit, we'll do our best to help — sizing guidance is provided on the product page, and if a genuine sizing issue occurs, contact us and we'll work with you on a solution.
